Selection Process for ICG Assistant Commandant Recruitment 2024
Selection of candidates for Assistant Commandant Posts in Indian Coast Guard(ICG) will be through
Stage I involves the Coast Guard Common Admission Test (CGCAT), a computer-based screening test with 100 multiple-choice questions covering subjects like English, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Science, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
Stage II is the Preliminary Selection Board (PSB), which includes a Computerized Cognitive Battery Test (CCBT) and a Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP&DT).
Stage III is the Final Selection Board (FSB), comprising a Psychological Test, Group Tasks, and a Personal Interview.
Stage IV involves a Medical Examination conducted at the Base Hospital in New Delhi for shortlisted candidates.
Stage V is the Induction, where selected candidates will undergo training at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala
