If you want to work in SBI for the position of Probationary Officers. you have to fulfill some eligibility criteria like your age should be candidate should not be more than 30 years as on 01 April 2024. and your education qualification should be A candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Selection Process for SBI Probationary Officers Recruitment 2024
Selection of candidates for Probationary Officers Posts in State Bank of India(SBI) will be through three phases:
1.Preliminary Examination: This phase is qualifying in nature and includes three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates who qualify will be shortlisted for the Mains exam based on their performance.
2.Mains Examination: The Mains exam comprises objective tests and a descriptive test. The total marks for the Mains exam are 250, with a merit list prepared based on these scores. 3.Interview and Group Exercises: Candidates who qualify in the Mains exam will undergo an interview and group exercises.
4.Final Selection: The final selection will be based on a combination of Mains scores (75 marks) and interview/group exercise scores (25 marks). The final merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate scores from the Mains examination and the interview/group exercises.
