Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): passed final year degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil branch.
• Graduate Apprentice (General): Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Computer Application.
• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil from a recognised Board of Technical Education.
• Selection is purely on the merit of marks obtained in the final year of the Degree or Diploma examination.

Apprentices are paid a monthly stipend during the one-year training period. The stipend amount depends on the type of apprenticeship.

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month (shared equally by OFCH and BOAT Mumbai).
• Technician Apprentice: ₹10,900 per month (shared equally by OFCH and BOAT Mumbai).

The stipend is paid every month during the training, giving you both experience and a steady income for one year.
