With consolidated pay going up to ₹94,195 per month.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:(CEIL Officer Grade Recruitment 2026)

Educational Qualification:

• QA/QC Engineers (Mechanical, E&I, Civil): Engineering Graduate or Diploma in the relevant discipline — Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Instrumentation or Civil — with minimum 50% marks. For Mechanical and Production, ASNT Level-II in NDT methods (UT, RT, MPT, PT) is mandatory.
• Safety Officer: Engineering Graduate in any branch with 50% marks plus a Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety.
• Marketing & BD, Contract & Purchase, Office Management: Engineering Graduate or Diploma (50% marks) in disciplines such as Mechanical, Production, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT or Computer Science.
• HR Associate: Graduate in any discipline with a Diploma in Personnel Management, with 50% marks.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 to 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required, depending on the post, grade and whether you hold a degree or a diploma. For example:

• Officer Grade-I: 2 years (Degree) / 6 years (Diploma)
• Officer Grade-II: 6 years (Degree) / 10 years (Diploma)
• Officer Grade-III: 10 years (Degree) / 14 years (Diploma)
• Officer Grade-IV: 15 years (Degree) / 20 years (Diploma)
• HR Associate: 5 years in personnel/administrative functions

Written Test (HR Associate)

For the HR Associate post, eligible candidates are shortlisted and called for a written test.

Shortlisting & Interview (Other Posts)

For QA/QC Engineers, Safety, Marketing, Contract & Purchase and Office Management, a committee shortlists candidates based on the application details, followed by a personal interview (and a written test where applicable).

Document Verification & Medical

Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification — age proof, educational and experience certificates, salary slips and category certificates. A medical fitness certificate is required at the time of joining. Interviews and tests are held at the CEIL office in Navi Mumbai, and may also be conducted online.
