Educational Qualification:

• Jr. Foreman (Electrical): Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering + valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate (MV/HT/EHT) from the Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha.
• SUPT/JOT (Operator/Fitter/Electrical/Instrumentation): 10th pass + 2-year ITI in the relevant trade with apprenticeship certificate.
• SUPT(JOT) – Laboratory: B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.
• Technician (Fitter/Electrical/Instrumentation) Gr. III: 10th pass + 2-year ITI in the relevant trade + apprenticeship + 2 years’ work experience in the relevant field.

1.Computer Based Test (CBT) — 100 objective MCQs, 100 marks, 120 minutes, 60% technical questions and 40% non-technical (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, GK, English). No negative marking. Languages: English and Hindi.

2.Trade Test — only for Sl. 1, 2, 6, 8, 10 and 13 (Operator/Technician/Gr. III posts). CBT and Trade Test weighted 60:40 for final merit.

3.Document Verification — original certificates, caste/EWS proof, experience and ITI/Diploma documents.

4.Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) — medical fitness as per NALCO Medical Board norms.
