🎓 Eligibility Criteria(UPSC Special Recruitment 2026)
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed Master’s Degree in Anthropology a Related Field OR Equivalent Eligibility From Any Recognized University /Institutions in India.
- Diploma in Museology from a recognised University or Institute
- Desirable: At Least 1 year experience handling, maintaining, and preserving specimens in a recognised museum.
- Experience must be from Central/state Government, PSU, University, Bank, or a private company in (Senior Store Officer Grade-||).
Age Limit (as on [Cutoff Date]):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 45 Years

💰 Salary Detail
The selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay scale of ₹44,900 – ₹1,77,500/- Per Month
- Assistant Keeper : Pay Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 per month)
- Senior Store Officer Grade-||:Pay Level 10 (₹156,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month)
- Livestock Officer: Pay Level 10 + NPA(Non-Practicing Allowance) (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month + NPA)
